Kelly Kinsella

Kelly is currently performing her one-woman show: "WHEN THOUGHTS ATTACK!"

Kelly teaches the art of solo performance through short workshops intended for students studying drama at undergraduate level universities, although beginners and/or more experienced artists are encouraged to inquire.

Workshops are divided into 3,6 or 9 hour intensives concluding with a short solo performance by each participating student.

The workshops begin by focusing on the individual and his/her desire to stand alone onstage and share his/her unique and personal story. The stories are developed through improvisation and writing exercises. The performances are cultivated using traditional theatrical devices such as character development, movement and audience interaction.

To learn more about the success of these workshops please read this letter of recommendation by the department chair of SUNY New Paltz as well as these student reviews.
